1.标注数据集

        使用labelimg对车牌图像进行训练

labelimg JPEGImages predefined_classes.txt

        问题:标注了20张左右照片后,labelimg按w闪退,查询之后网友意见是因为使用了高版本的python(一开始py3.8为了yolo升级到了3.9然后就闪退了)这里以后可能用其他标注软件进行标注

        用20张训练了50个epoch后,拿一些模糊的照片很明显的出现过拟合现象了

        由于labelimg标注的是VOC文件,需要用一些操作转换成txt文件才能使用YOLOV5进行训练,百度代码如下

2.使用CCPD

        下载CCPD2020对YoloV5进行训练(由于在自己电脑训练,图片数量太多速度太慢,删到900左右最终进行了50轮训练。PS:一开始忘记调参数了,默认300次太久了 然后由修改了epoch为50)

        有个很明显的问题,就是GPU利用率只有30%左右,而且8G的显存只用了3G。虽然4060训练一轮2分钟左右,但其性能没有完全发挥,因此准备在电脑上使用虚拟机(预计Ubantu)进行训练,虽然CPU可能压力大一点,但最大化发挥显卡性能
